My approach

Humanising B2B tech

Thanks to AI, creating content has never been easier. Creating genuine connection, however, is harder than ever. With a background in psychology, I stay focused on the person behind the screen: what they care about, what confuses them and what will actually help.

 

I’ve written about AI, cloud transformation, cyber security, multicloud networking, health technology, fintech and payments, as well as education, HR, e-commerce, insurance, sustainability — and plenty more in between.

 

Whatever the subject, my goal is to make complex ideas feel clear and worth caring about. Sometimes that means technical writing backed by in-depth research for an ebook, white paper or report; other times it’s creating a conversion-focused ad or landing page.

 

Beyond words, I also develop content strategies, brand messaging and tone of voice guidelines.
